Dispensa
I collaborated with Dispensa Magazine (@ dispensa_magazine) with a piece where I described the importance of the taste of our hands when cooking and when baking sourdough. The entire number is dedicated to Handtaste and I am convinced of the fact that doing things by hand and knowing that what you eat, wear and live has been created by other hands is fundamental to understand better ourselves and the world around us.
