I co-founded Pan (@beaazzolina_brod)
as a way to express my deep passion for sourdough baking and creativity.
I developed an identity which runs through my IG profile and that I convey through my podcast. Pan is a way to communicate what I can do and to give a voice to everyone has a connection to bread and creativity.
