Preserve Journal
I collaborated with Preserve Journal (@thepreservejournal). The magazine focuses on the exploration of a more sustainable food culture. I wrote a piece on the importance of the locus: ‘We are where we eat’. It is important to understand the central role that the seasons and the terroir play for us and the possibility that we have to savour the goods of the Earth only when and where She is ready to gift them.
